Program Pathway
Program Details
This program builds on the concepts introduced in Leadership Skills for New Supervisors by further empowering experienced managers. Course components include organizational vision and strategy, influencing stakeholders, finance and budgeting, strategic and tactical communication, and performance management. Participants strengthen their leadership skills through engaging exercises. At the end of each module, participants build a job-ready action plan for seamless integration into their organization. The course culminates with a capstone project.
