LSC-North Harris TRIO Educational Talent Search

Welcome to the TRIO Educational Talent Search (ETS) program at Lone Star College-North Harris. ETS is a TRIO college preparatory program funded 100% by the U.S. Department of Education. TRIO ETS identifies and assists students who have the potential to succeed in higher education. All program services are free to program participants.

Mission Statement
The mission of TRIO Educational Talent Search is to prepare academically qualified, limited income, and first generation* Harris County youth to complete secondary school and enroll in and complete a postsecondary education of their choice. 

*first generation: neither parent has earned a bachelors degree.

The TRIO Educational Talent Search project of Lone Star College-North Harris is 100% funded by the U.S. Department of Education with an annual budget of $266,664 to serve 542 participants.
