50 and better classes begin Feb. 1

Spring registration for Academy for Lifelong Learning (A.L.L.) classes, lectures and informal activities at Lone Star College-Cy-Fair begins Feb. 1.

A.L.L. offers a variety of classes and social activities for continued intellectual and personal growth to adults, age 50 and older. An annual membership fee of $10 entitles members to register for A.L.L. classes at no cost or at a reduced fee.

Registration will be held Friday, Feb.1 from noon to 7 p.m. in the Technology Building, room 102 and again Feb. 4 and Feb. 5 from 9 a.m. to noon in the registration area in the Learning Commons.

The spring session will include classes on basic drawing, “23 things you want to know how to do on the Internet,” acting for seniors, Quigong, Bible Study, The Louvre, a variety of health and fitness classes, cooking, day trips and much  more.
