Dr. Sam Lehman-Wilzig, from Bar-Ilan University’s School of Communication in Tel-Aviv, Israel will examine the impacts of Israel’s new coalition government at Lone Star College-Montgomery as part of the college’s Lyceum Speaker Series.
The presentation is free to the public. Refreshments will be provided, and a meet-and-greet reception will start at 11:30 a.m. in the same location.
Leading the presentation is Sam Lehman-Wilzig, deputy director of the Bar-Ilan University’s School of Communication in Tel-Aviv, Israel. Lehman-Wilzig will examine the make-up of Israel’s new coalition, focusing on how the impact this new government will have on Israel’s domestic and international interests.
Lehman-Wilzig teaches and researches in the fields of Israeli politics; Israeli & general communications; new media; the impact of futuristic technology on society; and Judaic studies. He has lectured in dozens of academic conferences, presented hundreds of public talks, and appeared in numerous TV and radio interviews in Israel and overseas
The Lyceum Speaker Series at LSC-Montgomery provides a variety of free lectures throughout the fall and spring semesters that are based on sociological, historical, economical, political, psychological, and spiritual views. All students, staff, and faculty, as well as community members, are invited to attend any Lyceum event throughout the year.
