Children’s Peace Day Party to be held April 4

Lone Star College-Tomball student organizations and the LSC-Tomball Community Library will host a Children’s Peace Day Party from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., April 4.

Children will have the chance to contribute to a peace banner, play games, listen to stories and music, make crafts, have their face painted, and join in the peace parade. Noodles the clown and Trevor the Timberwolf, the LSC-Tomball mascot will be present.

A music festival will be held immediately after the Peace Day Party.

Both events are free and open to the public. Donations will be accepted at the Music Fest to benefit the Abandoned Animal Rescue of Tomball.
