The Office of Student Life maintains a limited inventory of equipment and supplies available to support Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) and college departments with approved campus events and activities.
Our equipment is available to enhance student engagement, leadership development, community building, and campus programming. To ensure proper inventory management, maintenance, and equitable access, all requests must be submitted through the Equipment & Supply Borrowing Request Form.
Request Guidelines

Requests must be submitted at least 21 calendar days (3 weeks) prior to the event date.

Submission of a request does not guarantee approval or item availability.

Equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Borrowers are responsible for returning all items in the same condition in which they were received.

Lost, stolen, or damaged items may result in repair or replacement costs being charged to the requesting organization or department.

Student Life reserves the right to deny requests based on availability, equipment condition, staffing, or policy considerations.
