Operation Simulation

Join the office of student life in a Presentation about Lone Star College Drug and Alcohol Abuse Program. Students can pledge to live a drug and alcohol-free life.

Tuesday, March 9
Peer Pressure Prevention

Join the office of Student and CIS, and a special guest speaker in a round table discussion on the fatal choice of peer pressure. Participants will learn about the effects of peer pressure and the heavy role that social engagement environments play on individual decision making.

Intervention Awareness: Guest Speaker Brittani Clarkson

Participants will learn ways to recognize alcohol use awareness presentation that focuses on harm reduction and bystander intervention. Presentation to include the real-life consequences that accompany high-risk drinking (drunk driving, altercations, sexual activity, etc.).
