LSC Mobile Go Event Information Request

Please read the following Lone Star College Mobile Go Event Scheduling Guidelines before submitting a request. Information requests are subject to the review and approval of the LSC Marketing & Communication Department. Submission of an information request is not an official event request and must be forwarded to the participating LSC campus as well for consideration before approval.

  1. The LSC Mobile Go will be transported to the event on the day of the event and not prior unless it has been pre-approved by LSC Mobile Go Management.
  2. All requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the event and no more than 6 weeks in advance.
  3. Approval of requests will be based on date availability and the opportunity to promote Lone Star College
  4. The minimum number of expected participants at the event should be fifty (50).
  5. The Event Location Parking should provide sufficient parking space (Approximately 20 car parking spaces), the Mobile Go is a 45-foot trailer pulled by a 2 Ton Dually Double Cab Truck. The trailer requires a paved and even parking space for safe deployment.
  6. The LSC Mobile Go reserves the right to reschedule/cancel any scheduled deployment due to inclement weather (i.e., torrential rain, strong winds, ice, snow, etc.) We will notify you of necessary cancellations due to changing weather patterns.
