Our Journey to Success
LSC has transformed the student experience over the past eight years through intentional, data-driven strategies that have produced measurable improvements in student progress, credential attainment, and program completion. By aligning institutional practices with student needs, LSC has increased graduation rates while creating clearer pathways, improving persistence, and streamlining students' progress toward completion - demonstrating the college's commitment to student success.

In the 2024-25 academic year, over 3,400 CARE requests were completed. These efforts were complemented by enhancements to the Early Alert system, enabling faculty and staff to quickly identify and support at-risk students and provide interventions to assist students in completing their courses successfully. |
