Our Mission

The Office of Professional Development advances learning and development for all Lone Star College-University Park staff, faculty, and administration to promote engagement, action, commitment, and results.

Professional Development Funding

The Office of Professional Development awards funding to Lone Star College-University Park faculty and staff for conferences and other learning and development opportunities external to LSC-University Park. Funding is available to all Lone Star College-University Park faculty and staff on a first-come, first-served basis. Approval from the applicant's supervising Director, Associate Dean, Dean, or Executive Team member is required prior to consideration for funding. Please remember to submit your application at least 30 days before the learning opportunity.
