Statement

Business administration prepares students to succeed as managers and leaders. Students become professions who think critically, work in teams, use technology, perform research, and communicate ideas effective in a global economy.

The Business Administration department offers three specialties for our business-minded students:

• Management - Focus on operational and team building skills as well as human resources.
• Human Resources - Develop skills in employee relations, recruiting, equal employments, benefits and compensation.
• Marketing - Develop fundamental skills in consumer behavior, advertising, promotions, sales, and market research.

Student Business Association

The Student Business Association is proudly advised by Rick Diaz and Brenda Rivera, who are committed to fostering leadership, professional development, and meaningful connections within the business community. The organization provides students with opportunities to engage in guest speaker events, participate in service projects, and compete in campus competitions that strengthen both academic and professional skills. Students interested in becoming involved are strongly encouraged to reach out to either advisor to learn more and join the Student Business Association.
