The Lone Star College ESL program is designed to help students improve their English language skills to succeed in academic classes, in the workplace, and in everyday life. Students will learn in small classes taught by highly-qualified instructors, and Lone Star College offers state-of-the-art technology and resources. Students can find convenient classes offered morning, afternoon, evening, and online.

ESOL for Workforce Professionals

Designed for students interested in developing all language skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening), putting an emphasis on conversational skills at different settings including school, work, and business.

Adult Education and Literacy (AEL)

Designed for students interested in learning and improving their everyday English language skills to find a job, keep a job or get a better job. Students will be enrolled in the appropriate class based on placement test results.
