LSC-Kingwood ESOL/ESL Program

The ESOL/ESL Program at Lone Star College–Kingwood is designed for non-native English speakers who want to learn or improve their English grammar, listening comprehension, speaking, reading and writing skills. ESOL is for students and working professionals who want to build practical English skills for personal, academic, or professional purposes. Whatever your reason for wanting to improve your English, we are here to help you achieve your goals.

The Program

The ESOL program uses engaging and interactive teaching methods delivered by highly-qualified instructors, students have access to Lone Star College’s state-of-the-art technology and resources. Small class sizes allow each student to get individual attention from instructors and ample opportunity to practice their English and interact with their and classmates.

ESOL program offers courses in reading, grammar, writing, oral communication, and other specialized courses for students of all levels, from beginner to advanced. The sequence of courses can be seen in diagram below.

International Students with an F-1 Visa
