Three Education Program Alumni Share Their Stories at March 5 “Voices From LSC-CyFair” Speaker Event

Molly MililloIs teaching your passion? Don’t miss “Voices from LSC-CyFair” this March to hear Lone Star College-CyFair alumni tell their story as part of the Teacher Education Speaker Series.

Molly Milillo, a graduate of LSC-CyFair’s Paraprofessional Cohort program, was named “Teacher of the Year” after only her first year of teaching Gleason Elementary School students at Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District.

Stephen PosadaIn his first year of teaching, alum Stephen Posada is now inspiring and motivating sixth-grade science students at Hambrick Middle School in Aldine ISD.

Maisa Gonzalez is beginning her own teaching career helping kindergarteners at Carter Elementary in Lamar Consolidated ISD start their academic journey.

“Join us as these three outstanding speak about their university experiences, student teaching, first-year teaching, and much more,” said LSC-CyFair’s Lead Faculty for the Education Department.
