CHANCELLOR'S PROCEDURES FOR EXPRESSIVE ACTIVITY ON SYSTEM PREMISES

These proposed revisions to the Expressive Activity on System Premises Chancellor's Procedures (Section II.E.1) implement state law changes regarding free speech and expressive activities at Texas institutions of higher education.

Status: Scheduled for Notice and Comment Period until November 6, 2025.
