Use "The Classified Subject Index" to find a test title and the Mental Measurements Yearbook edition (since the 9th in 1985) where reviews can be found. • ERIC Clearinghouse on Assessment and Evaluation
  One of 16 subject-oriented clearinghouses operated by the United States Department of Education, Office of Educational Research and Improvement. This website offers an online library of full text articles, ERIC digests, related links, FAQ's, tutorials and access to the ERIC database.
• Online Evaluation Resource Library
  "OERL is composed of plans, instruments, and reports that have been used to conduct evaluations of projects funded by the Directorate for Education and Human Resources (EHR) of the National Science Foundation (NSF). OERL also contains glossaries of evaluation terminology, criteria for best practices, and scenarios illustrating how evaluation resources can be used or adapted."
