February is Black History Month

Look for various events related to Black History Month to be advertised on the web, social media and on the bulletin boards. The celebration will kick off on Monday, Feb. 6 with a festival from 11:00am-1:30pm at the HSB Patio. Spring Congress of Clubs Congressional Assembly

Friday, March 2 | 2:00-5:00pm @ CLA 114 (Teaching Theater)

All Registered Student Organizations (Tier 1 and Tier 2) are required to send a representative to this event to report to the Student Government Association on their various activities and membership. This accountability session is open to anyone that has an interest in gaining knowledge about specific club and organization missions and goals.  Refreshments will be served. United Way Chili Cook-Off

Contestants enter their chili for prizes and students, staff and faculty have a chance to taste and vote on their favorite. A silent auction, mechanical bull rides, t-shirt sales and tickets for tasting all serve to benefit the Montgomery County-United Way. Come out and support your community in Texas style! Spring Fling and Crawfish Boil

Our annual crawfish boil and spring celebration is typically the best attended of the year!!  Lots of boiled crawfish and live Zydeco music make this event the one EVERYONE looks forward to!  All student groups will be on hand to show off what they have to offer, so join us for this great mid-semester break. Ruffin’ It Through Finals

What better way to relieve the stress before finals than to play with a bunch of therapy dogs?! Come by the PAC Atrium and make a furry friend for the day. The dogs are trained therapy dogs and are part of a non-profit organization. Sponsored by the Offices of Student Life.
