Office of Student Life Divisions:
To solicit student input and create campus-wide programming that represents the interests and needs of students, improves campus life and engages students so they become more successful in achieving their academic goals. Some events include Welcome Week Activities, OktoberFest, International Education Week, Heart Walk & Heart Fest, Black History Week, and the Spring Fling Crawfish Boil.
Registered Student Organizations (RSOs)
Student clubs and organizations create and support opportunities for students with individual and group interests to come together for a variety of shared experiences. Student organizations are classified as either Social, Ethnic, Political, Occupational, Athletic, Academic, Religious, or Cultural.
Sport Clubs & Intramurals
LSC-Kingwood's sport clubs and intramurals provide opportunities to participate in quality recreational sports programs as well as advanced participation experiences against other collegiate teams as a means to enhance life experiences and develop a greater sense of community within the college.
Intramural activities include Tennis Matches; Basketball & Soccer Tournaments; Golf Scrambles; & Sports and Beach Days.
Sport Clubs Activities include baseball, men's & women's basketball, men's soccer, co-ed tennis, and women's volleyball.
The leadership development division provides opportunities for students to become effective leaders and active citizens through programs, services, advising and advocacy, that encourage students to become engaged in meaningful learning experiences.
Opportunities include LSCS Collegiate Leadership Institute, Summer Leadership Retreat, Leaders Workshop series, LSC-Kingwood Congress of Clubs, and the Student Government Association.
