Student Services will be Partnering with HAAM hosting the Community Food Fair on the second Wednesday of the month in Parking Lot G. We need volunteers to make this event a success. We will need at least 10 to 15 volunteers per hour for Set Up, Traffic Control, Packaging, Food Distribution and Clean up . You can sign up for the following shifts:
9a.m to 10a.m. (Set Up)
10a.m. to 11a.m. (Traffic Control and Packaging)
11a.m. to 12p.m. (Food Distribution)
12p.m. to 1p.m. (Food Distribution)
1p.m. to 2p.m. (Clean Up)
Sept 4th, 11am - 1pm
Oct 9th, 11am - 1pm
Nov 13th, 11am - 1pm
Dec 4th, 11am - 1pm
Feb 12th, 11am - 1pm
Mar 11th, 11am - 1pm
Apr 8th?, 11am - 1pm
We are encouraging all Faculty, staff and students to participate, but offering a special invitation to the following areas(Students Services, Nursing, Dental Hygiene, OTA, Respiratory Therapy, Veteran Affairs, SGA, Student Ambassadors and PTK). This event will start at 11am and end at 1pm. We really need 50 to 60 volunteers so this event was be successful. Please take a moment to consider offering time out of your day for this worthy cause.
