Cy-Fest 10 offers festivities for all ages with a petting zoo, face painting, pony carousel, moonwalks, carnival rides and more Saturday, Nov. 1 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Lone Star College-CyFair.
Featuring a harvest theme and a pumpkin patch for family photos, which Towne Lake is sponsoring, LSC-CyFair is celebrating this annual community day’s 10th anniversary. At the top of each hour, attendees can stop by the Celebration Station featuring the birthday cake moonwalk for a piece of birthday cake thanks to Sam’s Club and balloons. Visitors can also receive information on area non-profit organizations as well as learn about the college offerings and enjoy activities in the children’s library. Join library staff for arts and crafts and seasonal storybook readings.
“The energy and enthusiasm of our employees, students and community members involved in this event is a reflection of our community as a whole to the commitment we all have to making Cy-Fair a wonderful place to live, work and raise our families,” said LSC-CyFair’s College Relations Executive Director Michelle Tran. “Our sincere thanks go to many local businesses and community partners who donate resources and volunteer time to this free event that has been drawing thousands of smiles a decade now.”
