Student Guidelines

TSIA2 Testing
Students must have all the required documents in order to test:

Lone Star College Professor Tests

  • Students must know the name of their instructor, class, and specific test they wish to take.
  • Students may bring their own personal calculators. If you do not have one, the A.C. can provide you with one. All graphing calculators must be presented to an A.C. Proctor before testing. *Please Note: CAS graphic calculators are not allowed, unless your Professor specifically notates the use of them. 

Important Information for All Testers

  • No testing will begin one-hour prior to closing.
  • A valid picture I.D. must be presented; driver's license, passport, work or school I.D.  We cannot accept a photo of your I.D. from your phone.
  • All cell phones must be turned off and are prohibited in the testing room.
  • Lockers are provided for storing your personal items.
  • No food, drinks, or gum/candy allowed in the A.C. testing room.
  • No children will be allowed in the A.C. during testing, and children cannot be left unattended outside of the A.C. Please make other arrangements prior to testing. 
  • Students are responsible for bringing scantrons and any other materials required for testing.
  • Students who require special accommodations (A.D.A. - Americans with Disabilities Act) must schedule their test through Register Blast, 48 hours in advance. Register Blast can be found at: https://www2.registerblast.com/lscup/Exam/List
  • Students will be closely monitored. If a student is suspected of cheating, a Proctor will ask you to step outside the testing room to discuss the matter. The proctor will document this on an Incident Form and a copy will be given to the Professor.
  • Students must give bring their completed paper exams directly to a Proctor. Students are not allowed to leave the A.C. with a completed test or scratch paper.
