The Assets, Logistics, and Analytics is a newly launched initiative, to help LSC realize value in the various strategic areas identified by our leadership team. This initiative will ensure that LSC can develop and document efficient process (e.g., acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of assets), harmonize the tools that support those processes (e.g., TMA, Procore). It will also lead data analysis efforts, using insights to drive and optimize operational decisions such as providing project management oversight by creating high-level dashboards to track progress and completion of projects, safety metrics, and ensure savings are being delivered by working with internal supply chain teams and vendors.

Members of this team are ready to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across various disciplines to transform opportunities into actionable plans and together deliver performance efficiency and cost effectiveness.
