Conference and Training Center Scheduling

Thank you for considering hosting your event here at Lone Star College System Office – The Woodlands. All requests will be coordinated through our Conference and Training Center Team and after completion of any of the forms, you will receive an email confirmation.

Please note, filling out this request does not guarantee your event has been booked, changed or cancelled until you receive a confirmation. If you need information about a date, please reach out to either John Golden or Gabrielle Walker. 

The completion of the request form is ABSOLUTE to use any of the conference and training rooms, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS. If you need to change or cancel a booked reservation, please fill out the appropriate form.
