Conference Center Scheduling

Thank you for considering hosting your event here at Lone Star College System Office – The Woodlands. We welcome both Internal Customer Reservations (Employees and Student Organizations) and External Customer Reservations (Community Members and Campus Partners) at the Conference Center.

All requests will be coordinated through our Conference Center Team after completion of any of our forms. Requests received by 4:00PM will be acknowledged the same day and any requests sent after 4:00PM will be responded to the following business day. 

Please note: your reservation is not final and your event location should not be publicized until you have received a confirmation from a member of the Conference Center Team.

Reservation requests (not requiring additional room setup or personnel) must be submitted at least 5 business days prior to the date of the meeting or event using the Internal Customer Room Request Form. Requests for meetings or events requiring special equipment such as additional personnel, services, early building openings, or security must be submitted at least 10 business days in advance. Requests submitted after these time periods may be declined.

Community Members and Campus Partners can reserve a room or computer lab for a special event, conference, or meeting by submitting a request via the External Customer Room Request Form. Reservation requests must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to the date of the meeting or event. Requests submitted after these time periods may be declined.
All approved external customer room reservations will require a signed Facility Use Agreement prior to your event date or will be subject to cancellation.

To notify us of any changes or cancellations, please use the appropriate form. A courtesy of 48 hour cancellation or change notice will be appreciated.
