The LSC-Kingwood Dance Ensemble is a student organization dedicated to giving students the opportunity to display professional skills in and through the art of dance. With our focus on choreography and performance and the joy of the moment, the students could choose to choreograph &/or perform in a showing of their dances.

The Dance Ensemble students can participate in the creation and development of original choreography and the production of the Dance Student Showcase each academic year.

Our students have traveled to 4-year college campuses, such as Sam Houston State University, to see dance concerts and have participated as the Kingwood Dance Ensemble in the annual Texas Association of Health, Physical Education, Recreation & Dance (TAHPERD) Convention Dance Concert and Master Classes.

We are proud to say that our student members also provide entertainment in additional community outreach projects and performances. Getting involved in Student Government & developing leadership skills is an important objective of our Club.

Our student members may be budding choreographers, performers, or dance enthusiasts in a variety of dance styles, including social dance.
