LSC-Montgomery Power Outage. Campus Closed until Oct. 1.

Lone Star College-Montgomery and LSC-University Center are closing for the remainder of the day following a power outage. Entergy has located the issue and is working on resolving it. Normal operations are expected to resume tomorrow morning, Oct. 1. 

LSC-University Park Buildings 12 & 13 closed until Oct. 1.

Lone Star College System received a threat of an explosive device at the LSC-University Park Library this morning. First responders evacuated and secured the building, and conducted a full search. No device was found. All classes at LSC-University Park (Buildings 12&13) are canceled for the remainder of the day, Sept. 30. Other buildings are not impacted and remain open. LSC-University Park students and employees on campus can retrieve their cars from the parking garages/lots. If you are offsite, please do not come to campus. Normal operations will resume tomorrow, Oct. 1.
