Seelpa Keshvala, Ph.D. serves as Executive Vice Chancellor (EVC) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Lone Star College-Online. Her responsibilities include facilitating university partnerships and overseeing the Lone Star College-University Centers as well as building operations at Lone Star College-System Office at University Park.

Dr. Keshvala’s 25-year career in education includes serving as President of Lone Star College-CyFair, President of Ivy Tech Community College-Warsaw Campus, and various other administrative positions. She earned a Ph.D. in Urban Education with a concentration in Educational Administration, an M.S. in Curriculum & Instruction, and a B.S. in Elementary Education with a minor in English all from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
