Program Details

Cybersecurity is a growing concern for business and federal government computer systems. Cybersecurity defense teams are required to have skills in hacking deterrence, programming, systems operations and management. To gain these skills people need to be trained in:

  1. Ethical hacking
  2. Intrusion detection and deterrence
  3. Systems infrastructure implementation
  4. Programming

The Cybersecurity AAS degree  will provide students with these skills and will help them obtain an entry level position in the field of Cybersecurity. This degree will also help students move into a four-year degree program if they choose to pursue a bachelorís degree.
