Iesheia Wilson – Trustee • Community Advocate • Entrepreneur
Elected in November 2020 to represent District 3 on the Lone Star College Board of Trustees, Iesheia Wilson is a dedicated Houston native with deep roots in the Carverdale neighborhood. Her life’s work reflects an unwavering passion for helping communities grow, thrive, and access greater opportunities.
Iesheia earned her Associate of Applied Science in Accounting from Lone Star College–CyFair in 2019 and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Energy, Manufacturing, and Trades Management. She is the founder and owner of IAW Enterprise, a student loan relief and empowerment company, where she serves as both a Certified Life Coach and Certified Student Loan Expert. Through her work, she helps individuals navigate repayment options, restore financial stability, and build sustainable paths toward success.
Beyond her entrepreneurial work, Iesheia is an active member of the Carverdale Civic Club, where she advocates for residents’ needs, promotes neighborhood engagement, and champions initiatives that improve quality of life. She is passionate about ensuring her community fully understands and benefits from the opportunities available through Lone Star College, always working to connect people with the resources they need to succeed.
When she’s not serving in her official capacity, Iesheia enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. Known for her warmth, dedication, and forward-thinking leadership, she continues to make a lasting impact on the people and communities she serves.
