Recommendation Letter Form

Leadership High School (LHS) is a dynamic leadership development, community awareness, and civic engagement program for sophomores and juniors attending public high school in the Lone Star College service area. LHS is for students seeking the confidence, skills, problem-solving abilities, and connections essential to realizing their leadership potential.

As part of the application process, applicants are required to submit one letter of recommendation from a non-relative figure that can attest to their leadership potential and abilities. You have been selected by a Leadership High School applicant to submit this letter of recommendation form on their behalf.

Please provide detailed answers to the questions below as this form will be one of the determining factors for the student’s acceptance to the program.
