Bring the family’s instrumental and vocal lovers to wrap up Lone Star College-CyFair’s performing arts season with three musical groups in one at the May 2 concert.
Featuring the musical talents of LSC-CyFair’s Symphonic Band, String Ensemble and Concert Choir students, performance pieces include Leonard Bernstein’s “Chichester Psalms”, Ralph Vaughn Williams’s “English Folk” and Eric Whitacre’s “Sleep” just to name a few. Co-music directors are Dr. John Wolfskill, Alan Johnson and Alex Qian.
The 3 p.m. concert will be held in the Main Stage Theatre, located in the Center for the Arts building at 9191 Barker Cypress.
Tickets are $18 for adults, $12 for seniors and $7 for students. Group rates are available.
