Engage in healthy activities to help you relax. Rereading your favorite book, taking a quick walk around the neighborhood, stretching, taking a hot bubble bath or shower and coloring are some examples of easy ways to help you relax. Below are a few other resources to help you and your family relax.

Crisis Resources and Support: An essential component in fulfilling the Lone Star College mission is to create a safe and supportive learning environment for all students. In order to fulfill LSC’s mission and comply with federal and state requirements, all new students will be required to complete the New LSC Student Campus Health, Safety, and Risk-Management Awareness (CHSRMA) Online Modules. These modules include education and information on Campus Sexual Assault, Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention, as well as Mental Health and Suicide Prevention.
