Math 0308:
Introductory Algebra

Topics for all formats include basic algebraic operations, elementary equations, laws of integer exponents, factoring and radical notation, rational expressions and an introduction to the Cartesian coordinate system. Math 0310:
Intermediate Algebra

Topics for all formats include special products and factoring, rational expressions and equations, rational exponents, radicals, radical equations, quadratic equations and complex numbers; an introduction to the function concept and graphing, equations of lines and linear systems. Math 1314:
College Algebra

Topics include absolute value and quadratic equations and inequalities, graphing skills, inverse functions, logarithmic and exponential functions, polynomial and rational functions, piecewise-defined functions, theory of equations and systems of equations. College Mathematics for Liberal Arts

College Mathematics for Liberal Arts is a course designed for liberal arts and other non-mathematics, non-science, and nonbusiness majors, emphasizing an appreciation of the art, history, beauty, and applications of mathematics.
