Faculty! If you run into an IT problem during class, dial "3" on your classroom assistance phone to be directly connected to the IT Service Desk. We will send a technician to your classroom immediately. Please do not wait until after class to report a problem.
Friendly Reminder: Routine system maintenance is typically performed Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8 p.m. – Midnight and weekends from Saturday 2 p.m. – Sunday 12 p.m. Some services may be temporarily unavailable during these times.
