About Club Sports
Club Sports at LSC-Montgomery is the competitive division of our student activities. Our goal is to provide students with a sense of belongingness while attending Lone Star College and create opportunities for them to grow socially, physically, and mentally through co-curricular programming. As an institutional member of NIRSA, National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association, our club sport teams play competitively in an organized league with other collegiate clubs in the Houston area. Each team has a schedule consisting of practice and games, which run throughout each fall and spring semester. Any interested students must adhere to the eligibility and attendance requirements listed below. There is a maximum number of players allowed on the roster for each team and tryouts are held at the beginning of each semester to determine placement. Players accepted onto any team must be able to attend all practices and competitions.
