New Student Orientation

What is the purpose of orientation and what to expect during the sessions?

We are so glad that you have selected Lone Star College-Tomball to pursue your educational goals. New students will receive important information regarding LSC-Tomball resources, myLoneStar operation, take a tour of the campus, and experience an introduction to the “Wolf Pack” culture. Students will also have the opportunity to meet with an advisor and enroll in classes as a part of the orientation session.  Orientation is an introduction to college life where you will be given skills, strategies, and resources to ensure that you are successful at Lone Star College and beyond.

What can students expect during orientation?

During your new student orientation session, students will have the opportunity to:

  • Meet other new students, current students, Timberwolf Leaders, faculty, and staff
