Strategy 1 - Money: Getting It & Allocating It
Increase the opportunities (both time and place) that allow donations to scholarships (from both external and internal sources).

Strategy 2 - Thinking Outside the Box
Identify and implement specific ways that LSC-Tomball can more successfully engage/retain students in the academic process while providing assistance in nontraditional ways.

Strategy 3 - External Partnerships
Identify and utilize a specific contact person as the LSC-Tomball campus to serve as a liaison to the Lone Star College Foundation regarding the maintenance and development of external scholarship donors/partnerships.

Strategy 4 - Know Our Students
Identify and implement specific ways that LSC-Tomball can better identify/meet the specific needs of incoming students choosing LSC-Tomball for the first semester.
