A LSC system wide Student Life event, comedian and lecturer Preacher Moss is recognized as an industry standard for being a tough, honest, and brilliantly funny voice on the conversation of race, diversity, and understanding in the world.
Keynote Speaker:Odell Bizzell: What Would Dr. King and Malcolm X Teach in 2021?
Odell Bizzell is a nationally known speaker who has been featured on USA Today and CNBC.com. He’s shared the same stage with Stephen A. Smith, Oprah Winfrey, and Dave Letterman. He pulls no punches with the way he presents his expertise, but he also says it in a way that helps encourage understanding empathy, and positive action.
Guided Canvas Painting: Paint by Numbers
Sit back, grab a nice cup of tea, coffee or hot chocolate and join our guest art instructor for a guided painting class of former first lady, Michelle Obama. Limited spots. Sign up is required, open to LSC-University Park students. Each student will be mailed the painting kit and canvas prior to the workshop.
