Instructional Division

• October 13:  Announces task force dedicated to Structure. The task force meets this same day to discuss with Dr. Hagerty its charge/purpose
  • November 30: Instructional division Structure committee releases its final report 
  • December 10: Deans Structure proposal put forward
• October 18-26: Per the chart below, the Instructional Division Structure Task Force met with the Instructional deans in S268.

Office of Strategic Initiatives

• September 30: At their division kick-off meeting, OSI leadership was given the OSI Realignment/Regorganization form which each department will use to submit to the Chief Strategist a vision for their respective departments going forward.
• OSI Reorganization Proposal - presented in PCAB on December 7. 

Student Success Division

• Student Success TBD Recommendations - presented in PCAB on December 7. 

• September 24: Dr. Nutt sends a college-wide email with further explanation about the Structural evaluation component of LSC-Tomball by Design.

Instructional Division

• December 6:  VPI sends message to the division announcing the Structure Task Force's proposal and soliciting feedback via an online survey.
• December 10: VPI sends message providing an updated Structure Task Force proposal as well as a Dean's Council proposal.
