Professional:
Stephen Adams began his music training at the age of10, on the euphonium.  In 7th grade, he transferred to the trombone, and in his freshman year of high school, switched to tuba.  Stephen received a Bachelor of Music in tuba performance at Ouachita Baptist University, and a Master of Music in tuba performance at Sam Houston State University, where he studied with Bob Daniel.  He has also studied with Matt Frederkickson, Dr. Chris Gassler, and Tony Hutchins. 
 
Stephen has taught in the public high school system for the last six years, and for the last two years, as an Interim Lecturer of Music at Sam Houston State University.  He has had numerous students advance to the Texas region, area, and all-state bands, as well as an appearance with Iola High School in the 2007 Texas State Marching Band Competition.  Stephen currently resides in Huntsville, TX.
