Grant Management Support

RDA assists faculty and staff with both programmatic and financial grant management support of any LSCS grant project. The Compliance team works closely with Project Managers throughout the life of the grant. From the initial grant Kickoff meeting to the Closeout report, our staff are there to insure efficiency and effectiveness in the development and management of grants.  Compliance Analysts may help project directors solve problems, interpret funding guidelines, offer advice on interacting with the funding agency’s program officer, and provide feedback on reports.

Our office also provides training for faculty and staff on grant development, management and other requested special topics. Compliance staff will also monitor all active grant reporting, timelines and deliverables to insure timely and quality work. We also assure that for all grants across our college system, the guidelines, policies and regulations are met and carried out.
