Welcome to the Kinesiology Department at Lone Star College-Montgomery! As leaders and experts in the fields of fitness and skill activities, we strive to provide students with opportunities for learning healthy lifestyles and wellness concepts, motor skills, and teamwork and provide diverse recreational sports activities and events. We have partnerships with Bear Branch Recreation Center, Conroe Family YMCA, Woodforest Golf Club at Fish Creek, and YMCA-Shadowbend/Cochran's Crossing to offer a wide variety of courses.
