Meet Our Team
Bianei Nunes
Manager, Student Outreach and Recruitment

Bianei oversees the department of Student Outreach and Recruitment. She is the first female to graduate high school in her family and the first to graduate college and receive an Associate of Applied Science degree in Accounting from Lone Star College. Currently, she pursuing a degree in Applied Administration at the University of Houston Downtown. Her passion for students is showcased throughout her 13 years of experience in higher education.

Veronica oversees New Student Orientation and College Kick-Off Session at LSC-Houston North. She enjoys interacting with students and making them feel at home whenever they visit our college. She is a wife, a mother of three handsome boys, and her interests include running, volunteering, and DIY projects.

Jeniferr Berryhill is the Part Time Outreach and Recruitment Specialist at LSC- Houston North at Greenspoint. She is originally from Odessa, TX but has been a Houstonian for over 17 years. She loves being able to work one on one with students and helping them realize their dreams by attending Lone Star College. She enjoys attending the multiple community events all around Houston while informing potential students of the many benefits of LSC Houston North. She’s a wife and mother of 2. She spends her spare time volunteering at her children’s school while also serving as the PTO vice president of two separate organizations. She is also the troop leader of her daughter’s girl scout troop. She enjoys hiking, camping and spending days at the beach or floating the river with her family and friends.
Lone Star College Programs and Outreach Efforts
The Student Outreach and Recruitment department of Lone Star College-Houston North is committed to serving prospective students pursue their educational goals at our institution.
We have implemented programs and outreach efforts to educate our students on resources and opportunities offered at LSC-Houston North for them to achieve academic success.
Panther Prowl Sessions
The Panther Prowl is designed to educate and prepare high school seniors for a successful transition from high school to Lone Star College-Houston North Fairbanks. We support students in making confident decisions about their future by providing college preparation information, college culture events, and pre-admission support with information regarding the enrollment process.
Community Outreach
The outreach team at Lone Star College-Houston North is dedicated to positively serving the community and raising awareness of the value of education for all communities. The outreach and recruiting team take part in programs and initiatives to increase college entry rates by linking potential students to Lone Star College for higher education preparation that they need to grow.
Houston North Academy
Houston North Academy is designed to prepare high school seniors for college
and create a foundation for commitment, confidence, and academic achievement.
Through this program. Participants will learn and apply strategies for success in
preparation for college and life-long learning. A series of workshops are offered to
provide insight on the college experience. Successful completion of workshops
will result in a student receiving a “last dollar” scholarship up to one free course
after enrolling at LSC-Houston North should they have a remaining balance after
being awarded financial aid grants.

College Exploration Days
Come and explore your possibilities and consider your options after high school graduation. Whether students are college bound already or feeling uncertain about their future, they can discover the opportunities available close to home. The interactive classroom workshops and panel discussions are designed so students can understand the different pathways that are offered at LSC-Houston North and how earning a degree or certificate can impact their future earning power.
Panther Preview Day
Panther preview day immerses prospective students into LSC-Houston North, allowing them to experience all that being a Houston North Panther has to offer. Students will have the opportunity to tour the campus, attend immersive workshops led by LSC-HN Faculty, attend New Student Orientation and get enrolled into classes.
Campus Tours
Lone Star College-Houston North is made up of four different locations: Fairbanks, Fallbrook, Greenspoint, and Victory, and our Student Outreach and Recruitment team would love to have you at each of our beautiful campuses! One of our staff members will provide you with an in-depth tour of the campus of your choice including information of all of the programs available at that specific location. We welcome prospective students and their families to see our college and discover the many services we offer.
Panther Proud
Panther Proud is a College Completion program dedicated to providing a fresh start for LSC-HN students who have not completed their academic goals with a past due balance at LSC. This comprehensive program seeks to provide students with financial, personal, and academic support to assist with completing their degree and program with the use of Grad TX 2.0 funds for the first semester.

Workforce Programs
Workforce Programs are areas of study with buildable certifications leading to the option of obtaining an Associate of Applied Science Degree in that specific field.
Some of the benefits include:
• They are short term programs • No testing required for level 1 certificates
• Specific, hands-on training for the career field without “core component” courses
• Stackable “Certificates - to – Degree” options
• Only 6 core courses will remain (after completing certificates) to obtain an associate of applied science degree if you choose.
