The lifePATH Foundations program is a two-year non-credit program offering select foundational classes. The lifePATH Foundations program provides students with the opportunity to learn academic strategies; grow and practice social skills; and explore and develop career skills. lifePATH Foundations courses are taken through the Lone Star College Continuing Education Department. Students will not receive credit for these courses, but will receive a certificate of completion.

Foundations Criteria
IQ Assessment Scores of 60 or above in each:
- Full-Scale IQ
- Reading Comprehension
- Written Expression or Fluency
- Math Problem Solving or Reasoning
Application Process
- Attend a lifePATH Information Session
- Submit lifePATH Admission Application
- Submit Full & Individual Educational Evaluation or other disability educational evaluation
