The Art Department has 10 merit-based tuition scholarship awards available for the Fall and Spring semesters. Each scholarship will reimburse the student's tuition up to $600 (full-time, in district tuition) and is awarded as a reimbursement for the current semester. All artist skill levels will be considered for awards.

Criteria:
Minimum 2.5 grade point average
Enrolled in at least 1 art class: studio or art history
Enrolled in 3 or more additional credit hours of college level classes

Studio Art Scholarship:
Student must submit 5 pieces of recent artwork in a portfolio (Please write name on back of artwork, no more then 2 pieces from high should be submitted)
Student must submit a typed half-page autobiography
Student must submit an official transcript of prior academic work

Art History Scholarship:
Student must submit a research paper of 8 - 10 pages
Student must submit a typed half-page autobiography
Student must submit an official transcript of prior academic work
