Acceptance of work at the juror phase does not necessarily guarantee exhibition inclusion if any work differs significantly from the original entry image. For this reason, it is paramount high quality images are provided. Under such circumstances, the piece/s will be disqualified from exhibition consideration. Detailed delivery and shipping instructions will be included with entry notification. All art must be original.
Exhibition selection will be made by a jury composed of members of the full-time faculty of the Art Department of LSCNorth Harris.
All work must be available for purchase or be listed as not-forsale (NFS) but with a dollar valuation for insurance purposes. There is no commission taken on sales. All accounts will be settled within thirty (30) days of the conclusion of the exhibition. Prices of art are not subject to change once registration is submitted.
All possible care will be taken of the work submitted to the exhibition. However, LSC-North Harris will not assume liability for damage or loss associated with shipping. LSC-North Harris does insure the exhibition against loss and damage during the period of display only. The artist has ten (10) days to submit a written claim and three (3) independent bids for repair for any damage incurred during the course of the exhibition. Claims will not be considered on pre-existing conditions. Unless otherwise stated, LSC-North Harris assumes permission to photograph selected artwork and/or reproduce images for publicity purposes.
