System-wide Convocation

The Lone Star College Convocation 2019 took place at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center, Aug. 19.

LSC Chancellor Dr. Stephen C. Head provided an overview of the college, future initiatives, construction projects and the many accomplishments achieved over the past year.

Dr. Alton Smith, LSC Board of Trustees chair spoke about the incredible impact education played in his life and how proud he was of everyone’s efforts to focus on the success of Lone Star College students.
