Public Relations and Community Outreach
The Office of Public Relations and Community Outreach is responsible for presenting clear, consistent and up-to-date information about the campus, our students and our employees. Our goal is to develop and promote positive community relations, coordinate successful campus events and communicate the many stories of student success, innovation and partnerships that originate from LSC-North Harris.
The communications branch of our department oversees most of the marketing and communications efforts undertaken by the college. This includes creating and implementing the college's marketing plan, providing copy writing for internal and external messaging, maintaining the college's web and social media presence, writing and distributing press releases, and responding to all media inquiries.

The creative services team is responsible for the design and production of the college's marketing materials, as well as much of the campus signage that you see at our locations. This includes posters, yard signs, newsletters, flyers, ads, banners and more.
Requests for creative services should also be sent via a Marketing Services Request.

Room Reservation Requests
All room reservation requests are now managed by the LSC-North Harris Facilities department through 25Live Pro. Public Relations only grants approval for the use of the Conference Center, conference rooms and the teaching theaters once the request has been submitted to Facilities.
