Greetings and Welcome to Lone Star College!
Lone Star College is a comprehensive community college system of six campuses: LSC-CyFair, LSC-Kingwood, LSC-Montgomery, LSC-North Harris, LSC-Tomball and LSC-University Park.
Lone Star College is committed to providing quality and friendly services to all international students enrolled at our campuses. If you are considering becoming a new student or are transferring from a U.S. college or university, visit our Future Students section to become familiar with all requirements.
Each campus has a Designated School Official (DSO)/International Student Advisor. This person is your primary resource on questions about admissions, academics, maintaining status, medical insurance and other advising needs.
We are authorized by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to admit eligible students on an F-1 visa to degree-seeking programs. If you wish to attend Lone Star on an F-1 visa, your first step is to apply for admission. Our college consists of six main campuses in the Houston metro area.
Enrollment at any of our campuses involves five processes: admission, visa approval by the U.S. government, orientation, advisement and course registration.
We are very happy you have chosen Lone Star College as the gateway to your U.S. education. Whether you are newly-accepted or are a current Lone Star F-1 student, we are confident that your experience here will be a positive one.
