Our department manages all student records which include residency, profile updates, transcripts, and education verifications amongst other services. Lone Star College accepts official transcripts from high schools, home schools and accredited college institutions.
Throughout the admissions and enrollment process, you may need to submit additional documentation to fulfill requirements for enrollment or to update your records.
All forms and submissions can be made by completing and sending forms from your myLoneStar student email accounts to Admissions and Records at TC-Admissions@Lonestar.edu or visiting one of our four convenient locations. Please choose from any of the forms below:
