SUBMIT LIFEPATH ADMISSION APPLICATION Starting Fall 2024, incoming lifePATH students are required to be their own full legal guardians. Applications from students with supported decision-making arrangements are accepted. All applicants must be 18 years of age by the first day of their first semester. Complete and submit the online application found here. |

SUBMIT FULL and INDIVIDUAL EDUCATIONAL EVAL (FIE). or OTHER DISABILITY EVAL. Must include IQ, reading comprehension, math problem solving, and written expression scores.
