Starting Fall 2024, incoming lifePATH students are required to be their own full legal guardians. Applications from students with supported decision-making arrangements are accepted. All applicants must be 18 years of age by the first day of their first semester. lifePATH Admission ApplicationBeginning each spring, applications for the lifePATH program are accepted.
SUBMIT FULL and INDIVIDUAL EDUCATIONAL EVALUATION (FIE)or OTHER DISABILITY EVALUATION
Must include all four (4) IQ scores listed below:
- Full-Scale IQ score
- Reading Comprehension IQ Achievement Test score
- Math Problem Solving IQ Achievement Test score
- Written Expression IQ Achievement Test score
- lifePATH OLSA Criteria: IQ assessment scores listed = 70 or above
- lifePATH Foundations Criteria: IQ assessment scores listed = 60 or above
